WHO GIVES AND WHO RECEIVES THIS WARRANTY

World Power  Industrial (China) LTD (WdPower) warrants to the original retail purchaser only that each new WDPOWER Engine/Product purchased from an authorized WDPOWER distributor or dealer shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service during the Warranty Period set forth below.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by country or from state to state

WARRANTY PERIOD

Diesel engine and associated products, Electrical components (such as motor, alternator and dynamo), Gasoline engine and associated products Electrical components (such as motor, alternator and dynamo)

6 months or 1000 operating hours from the date of purchase whichever comes first

World Power  Industrial (China )LTD HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AFTER THE APPLICABLE EXPIRATION DATE OF THE EXPRESS IMITED WARRANTY. Some states or countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you

WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY

Wdpower will replace or repair, at its option, without charge for the parts or labor, at a place designated by wdpower , any parts of a wdpower engine/product covered by this Warranty found to be defective in material or workmanship

WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY

This Warranty does not cover parts affects, damaged, or depreciated by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, neglect, use of unsuitable attachments or no genuine parts, ordinary wear, rust or corrosion, inadequate transportation, accident, or service by an unauthorized facility

Consumable parts, such as filters, belts, gaskets, packing, fuses, brushes, fuel injection nozzle valve, lubricant, protective zinc coat, thermostat and ignition plug, are not covered under this warranty. All expenses incurred in maintaining and replacing them shall fall on the purchaser

This Warranty does not obligate WdPower to bear any fees for transportation of any WdPower engine/product to and from the place designated by WdPower for Warranty Service.

No person is authorized to give any other Warranty or to assume any additional obligation on WdPower's behalf

WdPower makes no other express warranties other than set forth above, and all other obligations or liabilities, including special or consequential damages or contingent liabilities arising out of the failure of any WdPower engine/product to operate properly, are hereby excluded or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential or special damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Exceeding the quality guarantee period (not warranty period) (the date of purchase means the date of delivery or showing on Bill of Lading date)

PROCEDURE FOR MAKING A WARRANTY CLAIM

For any defect covered by this Warranty, contact any authorized WDPOWER distributor or dealer to obtain the name, address, and telephone number of the nearest authorized Service and Repair Facility within thirty (30) days after discovery of such defect

Or you can contact us directly, we offer spare part instead without charge, (But the Express fee covered by consumer) we need u send to me the photo of the defect part and the Engine you are dissatisfied with Warranty Service provided under this Warranty, please forward your comments to World Power Machinery Industrial LTD before place order/Products Product ID
