1.Water-cooled Diesel Generator Purchasing Guide
Dear Valued Customer
	If you need more details when you select the water-cooled diesel generator,we would like to guide you get more necessary information:
1. Power request: Please make sure what the output power is for the generator.
	A. Power Output:
	①. KVA is different form KW, 1KVA=0.8KW
	②. Prime (Rated) power and Standby (Max) power: Max power=1.1 X Rated power
	B. Output of the Voltage & Frequency：(Optional )
	① Single phase or Three phase? 220V～240V；220V～240V/110V～120V；230V/400V
	② 50Hz or 60Hz?
2. Model request:
	please provide more detailed request for the generator as possible as you can( such as color, model, any special request, etc), or visit more pages of our official website to get more contents. At the same time, we can also assist you to match the suitable model for you
	We have open type diesel generator and silent type diesel generator for choices as the pictures showed.
3.As for the engines for generator:
	we can provide Cummins series ,Perkins Series ,Doosan series ,Volvo series ,Deutz series , Weichai series , Yangdong series, Yuchai series ,Shangchai series and FOTONG ISUZU series for your options. The rotate speed is 1500r/m or 1800r/m normally. The power of engine is usually 10% larger than generator’s power for figuration, because we should consider the mechanical loss when mechanical conversion.
4.As for the Alternators of Generator
	we usually configure Leroy-somer，Original Stamford ,and copy Stamford Alternator .
5. Control panel:
	①mechanical control panel as pictures
	②Intelligent control panel, generator controller: Smartgen Genset auto control series ,Harsen Genset auto control series ,Deepsea Genset auto control series and china types, as pictures.
6. Protection device request
	We will fit the Air switch and “four protection” device when the rated output power exceeds 10KW on the normal condition.
7. Preheater request
	If you use the generator set in the extreme cold /frozen area, please make it clear.In this case, we can fit the preheater to start the set, otherwise, start the generator directly without protecting will cause it broken or damaged
8. About the oil tank
	The standard configuration of tank is 100L for it, if you have special requirement or no need tank, please remark.
10. The intelligent control (ATS).
	If the generator set used in government, hospital, telecom, Army, bank, etc or some Places where need Uninterruptible power supply, please make sure to configure the Automatic Transfer Switch(ATS) to achieve the automatic conversion between national normal electricity and the generator. To guarantee the regular power is off, we can start the standby generator in Momentary and Uninterruptedly supply the power
II ) The important notices of installation
	1. Please install it draughty place, generator side should be enough inlet hole position included, the engine end should be good outlet hole included as well
	2. Pleas keep clean in installment place and avoid the acid, alkaline or other corrosive gas. Please also include extinguishing unit
	3. If install it indoor, please fit the smoke-ejecting pipe to extend to outdoor.The channel bends are less(equal) three pcs to ensure to discharge smoke smoothly ,The output of the pipe should be lower than input to prevent rainwater immited
	4. The generator set should be installed in horizontal ground firmly, we should use the quakeproof pad or foot bolt between the set and ground
	5. The shell of set must be reliable protective earthing and lightning protection device.Strictly prohibit to use the grounding device of power grid directly to connect the diesel genset.
	6. The two-way switch should be extremely reliable between the regular power grid and the diesel genset
