Generator enclosures are solid structures designed on CADSystems (Computer Aided Design). Laser cutting machines cut the differentshapes out of heavy sheet metals. After the components are precisionwelded, they undergo a chemical cleaning process. The next step iselectrostatic painting. ElectrostaticForce pulls paint around cornersand edges ensuring a smooth, automotive quality finish

These generators have been designed to operate from the cold northern winters to the tropics. The heavy metal enclosure uses stainless steel fasteners and a rust resistant paint. Weather stripping around all doors helps keep water out. Locks helps to prevent unauthorized access. The enclosure is unique to Wdpowers Generators

EasyTo Use
The generator is remarkably easy to use. Just pressthe green button to start and the red button to stop. To prevent others fromusing it, just remove the key switch or lock the panel door. Advanced enginemonitoring and control is achieved by using the Deep Sea , Smartgen and HarsenAuto Generator Controller . It also functions as an Auto Start Module.Traditional large analogue gauges also show fuel level, engine temperature, oilpressure, generator voltage, current and frequency.

Imagine the power fails and everything goes dark. Your not worried. Because yourgenerator has a automatic transfer switch, itsafely connects itself to your home and disconnects whenthe normal utility power is restored. Within seconds your power is back onlineand powering your whole home. You can leave your home knowing it is protected.
Whole Home Power
Now you can power your entire home. The average homecan use up 24,000 watts. That is 200 amps service provided by the utilitycompanies. The generator produces up to 20,000 watts (166 amps). Unless your abig power hog, it is a perfect size.
It is okay to use your air conditioner, computer,television or any other electronics with this generator. The automatic voltageregulator insures the output voltage remains +- 1% of the set value. It is alsosuitable for use in high moisture, oilvapour, or salty environments as a result of the windings black resinclass H insulation.
Trouble Free
A main circuit breaker protects the generator fromoverload. Protection for other components is from a set of fuses located behindthe panel. Indicator lights illuminate if one has tripped. We do not expect youwill ever have any problemsbut, we still build our generators to be easily serviced. That is why youwill not find spaghetti wiring like on other generators. Every wire is labeled,soldered and secured properly.
There is no need to exercise this generator since ithas a built in power supply and battery charger that keeps yougenerator ready for the next time you need it
